Stitching Section

• Double imported servo drive high precision, reduce the mechanical transmission part, and reduce the mechanical failure rate.
• Stitching department adopt the touch screen operation. Parameter (stitching distance, number, species and back baffle) could change expediently.
• Control system adopts OMRON PLC control system.
• All switches in the control box adopt Taiwan ShiLin.
• Bottom block, knives of stitching department adopt German tungsten steel, which is wearable.
• The head of nail is made of special steel, computer precious produce.
• Switches and buttons adopt Taiwan Tiande.
• Change order in one minute very quickly, easy operation, no training necessary. Suitable for single, double and strengthen nail.
• Automatic counter and easy for strapping.
• Stitching distance can reach to 100mm, which display and adjust on the touch screen. Can stitch whatever the carton have cover or not.
